IMC Healthcare Services are looking for a Finance Business Partner/Manager

Are you an experienced Finance Manager with the skills to work as a Finance Business Partner within an ambitious, rapidly growing healthcare Group?

We are a rapidly growing business with revenues increasing at a substantial rate since inception. We are experts in our chosen fields, focusing on the provision of clinical insourcing services, primarily to the NHS. We are a fast paced, highly collaborative, innovative, and patient/customer-focused business, empowering our people to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Finance Business Manager will work closely with the Leadership Team, creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. The role is to provide real-time support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser, and to add value that will assist in decision making. Critical to the success of the role is an ability to communicate, to understand the business stakeholders, and deliver information in a clear and user-friendly manner. This role demands a mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills.

Core skills for the role:

  • Actively influence day-to-day decisions, help shape strategy and the direction of the business
  • Act as the interface between finance and operations
  • Be commercially aware, understand and anticipate the needs of operations and management
  • Have strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Be able to interpret data, order and assess its value, and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way
  • Be able to draw on ‘big’ and ‘small’ data, selecting the appropriate tools to manipulate, analyse, and interpret it in sophisticated, audience-appropriate ways
  • Be able to form and stand by your own opinions, have a well-developed sense of ethics, and be prepared to stand up for these principles
  • Be comfortable with risk and working with ambiguity
  • Understand NHS tariffs and how to position competitive, sustainable bids

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 basic (depending on experience)
